OSWatcher

     I know OSW can be run as root as well as oracle user. I see that OSW in exadata machine should be run as root user. OSW in windows to be run as administrator account. In UNIX is there any advantage in running OSW as root user?
     Also an oracle note says it's ideal to run OSW and cluster health monitor (CHM) together. Anyone foresee that CHM will replace OSW completely in the near future.
