Sve has a guide on OEL 6.1 at http://sve.to/2011/10/07/installing-oracle-enterprise-manager-cloud-control-12-on-oel-6-1/ which is a similar o/s version and so may help. If installing on 64bit linux note that you do still require some 32bit libraries (IIRC for sqlplus and similar), This is the most common mistake I made when installing on 64bit Linux (though not v6 of anything).
