Tyler Muth from Oracle wrote a free chrome extension AWR Formatter that will do exactly what you want. IIRC the javascript is readable as well should you wish to reverse engineer the specific calculations. http://tylermuth.wordpress.com/2011/04/20/awr-formatter/
