Fwd: resetlogs during upgrade

All,
recently i upgraded a database from 10.2.0.4 -> 11.2.0.3 using dataguard activate standby followed by upgrade . and I observed there is a resetlogs_time been updated to the day when I did the upgrade. so I wonder at what point did this resetlogs happened during the upgrade.
