PD - No it is not possible because ports can only be opened in use by one application at one time.

You can do a netstat -anob > netstat.out and then read the netstat.out to see which binary has which port open to get a "picture" of this behavior.

Is it possible to have different listeners (different names) listening on the same server/IP and the same port? Will that cause conflict? Each listener has a different set of databases listed under it.
