Reminded me of a story about Einstein, someone once asked him one of his own formulas and he didnt know it. the student was shocked but Einstien simply said i dont need to carry that around in my head and he is right. Real world experience is not just about having do it but also about the big picture about knowing what to do, why and where to find out; having lots of step by step instructions learned rote wont help when you need to make decisions
