Hi,

Anyone using VLAN tagged networks for the interconnect in RAC environment? It looks like we will not have enough dedicated ports in our new RAC servers to support separate Private, Public, NAS interfaces. So we are exploring whether we can combine all available ports and use VLAN tagging to create separate VLANs for Private, Public and NAS addresses.

I found a Oracle document which mentions it to over-come the problem of limited NICs on server.

Thanks in Advance
Manmohan
