Bug 10057951 says kqreqd is "enqueue delete". You can actually find quite a number of bugs if you do advanced search on MOS. To narrow down, check your v$rowcache to see which type of row cache has the highest gets or its gets is increasing the fastest, and compare with each bug you find. Also compare call stack if you have a trace file.

The kqreqd function seems to be related to internal error 4886 (ora-00600 [4886]), and event 10222 ("row cache"), if you want to search more.
