Our reply is in two parts. First, we would love to work with PL/SQL
Developer and/or TOAD given the opportunity, but that hasn't worked out
yet.
Second, there's no reason to change development's favorite IDE. Continue to use whatever tool they like for development, and use SQL Developer (which is free) for testing the code and using MR Trace.
