10.2.0.5 Enterprise Manager Grid Control : Setup Question

10.2.0.5 Grid Control setup on Solaris

I have 10.2.0.5 Grid agent for Solaris installed on Target machines ( Oracle Databases running on Solaris)
From EM Grid control link, I click on Targets > Databases
It shows list of Databases on right pane as "Down/Unavailable"

I want to click and connect to the respective database without userid/password prompt,

What do i need to do ? What am i missing ?

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
