DB console question!

In our RAC 11gR2 , 5 nodes;
We have configured the DB console from node 1 ; node 2,3,4 and 5 have agents running into it.
> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create -cluster -EM_NODE db01
-EM_NODE_LIST db02,db03,db04,db05
Now, we would like to modify the configuration without touching the repository in the case of node 1 will be lost so we manually switch to node 2 or 3 or 4 or 5.
Do you know how to do it? I mean the steps?
