RMAN> configure archivelog deletion policy to applied on standby
RMAN> configure archivelog deletion policy to shipped to all standby
RMAN> configure archivelog deletion policy to shipped to standby

Keep in mind there is a bug where you may have to set _log_deletion_policy=ALL

Please test for your specific version.

anyone knows if there is a way to automatically delete (both side: real machine and stand by server) the archive logs after they are managed by stand by server.
