I hope I can provide you some infos.

I did such a thing just now (got a has server cloned on VM layer): (as root)

cd crsHome/crs/install/

delete existing config (needed the -force as the has stack did not come up due to the cloning):
./rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force
...
Successfully deconfigured Oracle clusterware stack on this node

create new config:
./roothas.pl
...
Successfully configured Oracle Grid Infrastructure for a Standalone Server

that's it.
