AFAIR: grid and db1 user are:

uid=501(grid) gid=501(oinstall)
groups=501(oinstall),502(asmadmin),503(asmdba),504(asmoper),3001(db1dba)

uid=3001(db1) gid=501(oinstall)
groups=501(oinstall),3001(db1dba),3002(db1oper),503(asmdba)
