I know this. But seems not possible to configure multiple listener (with grid infrastructure) to bind to different ip addresses. AFAIK it's possible to use listener on top of VIP, but VIP can't be created without resource ora.net1.network and seems that this resource is not available outside a cluster configuration.

Also, it's not clear why database can't be added to oracle restart. Looking in MOS for CRS-0259 does not show anything related.
