Ldap OID error

Hi All,

We are having 10.2.0.4 database for Ldap and   oidldapd: Release 10.1.2.2.0.

Following is the error in the OID logs.

2011/05/01:11:49:36 * ServerListener    :6 * ERROR : ServerListener : Max numbers of connections reached.            Num Conns = 16233, Max Conns = 16233, Closing the connection.

What can be possible reason. This is a AIX server .
