Hi Steven,

apart from OCR/Voting disk requiremets, when designing SAN Storage for database, following need to be done considered:

- find out application I/O characteristis
- find out bandwith limits for all I/O stack components
- understand reqired RPO, RTO, SLA's

The resulted design should be throughput od not capacity oriented.
