If you can't use the Method-R tools - and I can't, unfortunately, then get hold of Norbert Debes book "Secrets of the Oracle Database" (Apress) and check out his Perl script to analyse trace files in the manner of Method-R. I had to get permission to install Perl on my desktop to be able to run the script, but I've never looked back.
