Hi,
I made some test but it look like GUI CHM tools (from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/clustering/downloads/ipd-download-homepage-087212.html) are incompatible with 11.2.0.2 CHM infrastructure but internal tools worked for me for sure - maybe it is a problem with environment variables ?
This is a status from November 2010 and I didn't test it since.
