Have you taken a look at this as an option?

Subject: dbms_xplan + allstats

11.2.0.2 on RHEL

I'm working on some SQL that suffers from some horrible cardinality estimate problems due to dummy rows that screw up the columns stats.

Everything was going fine this morning but for some reason I can't get an execution plan to show me the a-rows now.

I've tried the /*+ gather_plan_stats */ hint.
I've tried "alter session set statistics_level=ALL"
I've tried "alter system set statistics_level=ALL"
I've even tried bouncing the database.

select * from table(dbms_xplan.display_cursor('&sql_id','&child_no','allstats')) /

....will not show me the a-rows. Anybody have an hints to help me out?
