Assuming that you are creating each duplicate (auxiliary) database on a different machine, and that you run the duplicate process from each of those machines, then the only restriction will be how your TSM set-up serializes access to the backups, assuming they are on tape. In fact there is no reason not to run 5 duplicate commands in rman from the machine running the target database, but that might be over the top for that one machine in terms of loading. If your backups are to disk in TSM, there should be no issues. But your main area of concern here will be what TSM has been configured to do, not Oracle.
