You are correct. The 1 user as just an example...perhaps a bad one. What if I have 100 users...would my cost be $10,000 (100 x $100) or $40,000 (100 x $100 x 4)?

I believe there is a minimum of 25-user license per CPU, so to license your 4 CPU box you would require 100-user license.......even for a single user.
