oracle sso password change

Anyone else having trouble changing their sso password for oracle? The one they sent in clear text if you downloaded 11.2.0.2 or grid control 11.1.0.1 before Nov 17?
I keep getting: Please address Password field validation error.
No indication of what the actual problem is.
I've tried all sorts of different passwords of varying length and character content.
Maybe it's just me.
