There are options but not sure which you want to disable.

There are options but not sure which you want to disable.
Also, the best way is to ask to oracle support.
Ex.
To make rac off
make -f ins_rdbms.mk rac_off
Partition off
make -f ins_rdbms.mk part_off
But, i suggest that let oracle support help you
