Dataguard for database move

Hello,
We are considering dataguard for moving a cluster database from one hardware environment to another using v10.2; there will not be any change to Oracle version. The idea is to minimize the production downtime during the transformation. Do we need any dataguard licenses to be purchased for this type of move.
