OEM 11g grid installation problem - omsca

I am attempting the installation of oem 11gr1. In the configuration assistant portion, the OMSCA is failing with this error. It looks like it is complaining about a port being in use, but I cant tell which one. Any ideas?

OEL 64 bit 5.5,
Weblogic 10.3.2
Java 1.6.:
