oracle buffered queue (streams or AQ)

according to metalink and docs:

"The contents of a queue buffer are lost if the instance containing the buffer shuts down normally or abnormally. Streams automatically recovers from these cases, assuming full database recovery is performed on the instance."

how about this case (in single master env)? 1. during normal streams operation, suddenly target database crash (OS crash) is there ACK messages for apply really works? sometime apply_scn in the dba_capture not getting updated.. 2. during in-flight propagation, suddenly switch crash is it any mechanism that oracle will retry the in-flight messages? 3. suddenly primary datababase crash and there are messages in buffered queue, there are in-flight messages... what will happen.

or anyone can guide/show me url to prove those case.. ?
