The problem is due to some LinkedIn accounts (more than one, it's allmost certain) that have oracle-l as their email address, you can see it from the full email header, if your mail-proveder supports it.
On my opinion, the right people to complain is/are LinkedIn administrator(s) who can take the suitable technical countermeasures, it is worth LinkedIn reputation, I believe.
