retransmit UDP interconnect packets

2 RAC nodes
10.2.0.4.4 on linux rhel5.4 itanium

interconnect I configure:

- bonding lacp mode
- mtu 9000
- 2 switches, trunk configuration for failover

got this error..... even very rare,
just curious is it critical or just information?
