Transportable Tablespaces and Function Based Indexes

I need to transport a tablespace which has over 20 FBI's. The database version is 10.2.0.4 on both sides. Transportable tablespaces do not support materialized views nor FBI's. The materialized views are not a problem as they can be recreated with the "on prebuilt table" syntax. But what about the FBI's? Do they need to dropped before the export , and recreated afterwards?
