Oracle Times Ten : In memory database

Is anybody using this Oracle product, I want to know if anyone has done some benchmarking and compared this with other similar product in the market. Which one is the fastest.
What are the bottlenecks / glitches / and so called " special ORACLE FEATURES " (bugs).  

I would really appreciate your input on this. Since in the telecommunication industry we are planning to use it to improve the response time.
