Re: Create_bytes

I maybe wrong but I think it depends on the way the database was created. If you use a template in DBCA, all default datafiles and tempfiles will have 0 in CREATE_BYTES. And there will be a value in CREATE_BYTES if you use 'CREATE DATABASE' command.
