Version 10.2.0.3 Does Oracle provide a method to generate an AWR that creates a summarized report for all the instances and is not specific to just a single instance? (Meanwhile I have written my own report summarizing across all instances for load profile, top wait event and top SQL's by elapsed times using the AWR history tables).
