No. The search submits a form (eg for the 9.2 docs):

<form action="http://tahiti.oracle.com/pls/db92/db92.drilldown" method="get"><input type="hidden" name="remark" value="">

Unless you happen to have the same search engine running on your own server(s) at an equivalent URL, you aren't going to get very far!
