What I would like is a facility in Oracle's search to return links to local docs...
ie, You have a search form on your *local* copy of the docs (say: c:\oracle\doc)....You type in your search term, and hit "Submit" which heads off to standard Oracle search on tahiti et al. However, the results come back with links relative to your *local* copy of the doco (the base location for your docs provided via cookie or similar).
Then you get internet search with local navigation speed ....
Just my $0.02c worth.
