works both ways. Don today has an example of how to customize search to avoid people who don't know what they are doing http://tinyurl.com/yfntocy . That search returns Oracle corp as the top result - that is Don apparently reckons oracle corp can't be trusted. Of course if you remove the negative criteria to get people who do know what they are doing http://tinyurl.com/yfdhqkd strangely his company come top. so as Don himself suggests searching carefully is rather important (clearly Oracle can't be trusted and he can, or it could be the otherway around). Google custom search is probably the way to go http://www.miracleoy.fi/search.html is a good example though I'd also personally like to see everyone declare who they include and who they don't.
