Hi David,

What you were told about the CPU licensing does not completely reflect what Oracle's official licensing says. One mistake I see is their interpretation of Sun-rcle's T1 chip:

...says has a .25 CF. "CF" of course referring to "Core Factor" or what I gather is known in military circles as a "Charlie Foxtrot". 'nuf said.
