I have put it into production for a number of companies, some small ones and one medium-sized company - a very large one within a few weeks. One of them has been using it since it was released for Linux. I prefer admin-managed configuration for environments that have fewer than 6 nodes per RAC. The world hasn't caught up with what policy-managed pools can offer.

It's interesting how many companies are still insistent on deploying 10g.
