"unable_to_trans_pc" mean "unable to translate PC (program counter)" mean that address (0x77E7F348 in your case) cannot be resolved to function name.

Look at trace files, Oracle dump there loaded win32 modules at the moment of exception. Address 0x77E7F348 cannot be in oracle.exe, it should be in some DLL.
