ora-22923 after 11.1.0.7 upgrade

We are seeing those errors after the 11.1.0.7 upgrade. This happens for both custom and standard objects.
 So we enabled trace for the event 22923 and and one of the things I noticed in the trace apart from the plsql stack which I dont understand is this

ORA-22923: amount of data specified in streaming LOB write is 0

shm_unlink failed with error 2
error message:No such file or directory

Is there anyway to find out what file it is trying to read or complain about?
