Yeah, I'm getting the same error, different datafile:

ORA-00372: file 108 cannot be modified at this time ORA-01110: data file 108: '/u01/app/oracle/admin/mlrepap/db/metalink_16.dbf'

I'm not trying any updates, just a basic search of the knowledge base - so much for being available read-only. I wonder if we'll get any service credits - yeah right! :)
