Just one more revision of the formula and then I'll stop spamming the list on this topic in case nobody else is interested, but I just want to get it corrected first. This formula is more accurate because it's based on SESSIONS instead of PROCESSES and accounts for variable DB_BLOCK_SIZE values:

db_file_multiblock_read_count=(db_cache_size/db_block_size/sessions)*.95
