ETL Tools to LDIF Data

Looking for ETL tools that can take an LDIF file and load it into a database. Even better if the ETL tool can take the certificate blob and split it into it's components and load those into the database as well.

JasperETL looks promising and is also OSS. Trying to find some information on Oracle Warehouse Builder if it can do this also. Any folks out there using OWB know if this is possible?
