Thanks Kellyn for the update. What I understood is that if it is UNIQUE index, it will still VALIDATE even I add WITHOUT Validate it. Am I coorect with my assumption here.

Not Clear what is significance of VALIDATION portion. Does this impact on existing Index that can have some fragmention in the future and need to be rebuilt

Hopefully I'm understanding your question completely, but yes, with the partition maintenance, if you are exchanging partitions, then you do need to update the indexes as well or they will become unusable...
Are you looking if you need validation or not or if you need to rebuild them?  That's what I can't tell if you are questioning...
