I get them all the time probably because I am always pulling "toys" from OTN to play with.  

    Conversations usually go something like this....  

    Drone: "We noted that you had download software from OTN. Are you planning to start any major projects using any Oracle software XYZ in the next X months?"

    Me: "Sorry, but you're a cold caller and I am not at liberty to divulge any information."

    D: "Oh. Will you or your colleagues be performing any projects with the software?"

    M: "I can't answer that."
    D: "Ermm, could I forward some info about product XYZ to you to help you make a decision?"

    M: "No."
    D: "Do you have the names of any colleagues I could contact regarding Oracle software?"

    M: "No. Do you have any further questions?"
    D: "Not really..."
    M: "Thank you for your call, good day!"

        I never get those calls!!! perhaps because I always say that I have no influence whatsoever in purchase decisions... which is indeed true... and because I always work in a 1-5 people company... and because my address is 123 fake st :-P
