No start of the month.
Preparing for second stage of a system.
From time to time I take the production data and refresh the dev database (sensitive fields encrypted).
Since they have 4 dev teams I import the data into 4 different schemas. To make things easier to manage each schema has its own tablespaces and none of them is like production.
