  Here's my opatch for my Grid Control server 10gR2 Release 5, with the   July 09CPU patch loaded:

  There are 2 products installed in this Oracle Home.

  under all that was the "Interim patches" that came with JULY09CPU.    there was no number in the 5th position for my CPU patch, of   anything... the number in the 5th position above for OPatch was   because of the 6880880 patch that was installed before i installed   the CPU.
