This seems to be a common problem amongst DBAs : looking for paramters to "tune". Just set the memory settings at a reasonable size, run your workload and analyze the SGA Target advice from AWR/ADDM. No need to make a fairly simple task difficult. Then you can spend your time tuning SQL and application design which is where the real bang for the buck is.
