anyone every see this or know how it could happen: SQL> select * from toto;

       NUM

        -.

        -.

        -.

        -.

         0

7 rows selected.

SQL> desc toto;

 Name                                      Null?    Type
 ----------------------------------------- -------- --------------
 NUM                                                NUMBER(18,5)
