That depends on your backup strategy.
If you are using rman, you could try block level recovery. Otherwise you need to restore the datafile from a time before the corruption. But you said that you already needed to restored this datafile last month, so it could be that the corruption was already there since long time.

Maybe it is best to open a case with oracle to see how to proceed further?
